In order to avoid penalties, reservations must be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the date of arrival at the inn. The amount deposited as a guarantee will be recognized for future reservations subject to availability, and the guest must pay the difference in rates if they are modified or if they choose a room of a different category. The modification must be made effective within one year from the time of check-in of the original reservation. After that time, the guest will lose 100% of the deposit. Any cancellation made within 7 days prior to arrival is not refundable and cannot be modified. All communication in this regard must be made via email to be considered valid.
