Reservation Policy

Confirmation | Cancellation | Modification

To Confirm Your Reservation you must complete all of your Personal Information requested in the Form:

  • Name and surname
  • Passport Number
  • Adress
  • Telephone:
  • Email
  • Gender:
  • Payment method

The personal data are private and only used for the reservation made. They are not shared or marketed with Third Parties and Others to Posada de Luz. Only the Reception and Administration staff will have access. Once your reservation is finished there will only be one profile created in our system. There are no associated Credit Cards or Bank Accounts.


If you cancel your reservation 10 days Before to your admission:

  • We will not charge your credit card.
  • If you made a deposit or bank transfer, we will proceed to make the corresponding refund
  • There is the possibility of leaving "Open" your reservation in a period of 12 months. It can be transferable to other people. The new date will be subject to availability.

If you cancel your reservation within 9 days Before to your admission:
  • The first night of accommodation will be charged on your credit card
  • If you made a deposit or bank transfer it will not be re-emboldable
If you cancel your reservation the day of check-in:
  • The full stay will be charged on your credit card.
  • If you made a deposit or bank transfer it will not be re-emboldable.

Modification of your reservation
The modifications of reservations are subject to availability of the Inn and must be informed via email to contacto@posadadeluz.com.ar .
If the rates change, the percentage of increase must be paid.
If you want to add an additional bed you will have an additional cost, timely informed.
All reservation modifications have to have a physical backup to be guaranteed.
