Reservation Policy

Confirmation | Cancellation | Modification

To Confirm Your Reservation you must complete All your Personal Data requested in the Form:

  • Name and surname
  • ID card or passport
  • Home
  • Telephone contact
  • Email
  • Sex
  • Payment method

The personal data are private and only used for the reservation made. They are not shared or marketed with third parties and outside of Posada de Luz. Only Reception and Administration staff will have access. Once your reservation is completed, only one profile created in our system will remain. Credit Cards or Bank Accounts are not associated.


If you cancel your reservation 10 days prior to arrival:

  • We will not charge your credit card.
  • If you made a deposit or bank transfer, we will proceed to make the corresponding refund
  • There is the possibility of leaving your reservation "Open" within a period of 12 months. It can be transferable to other people. The new date will be subject to availability.

If you cancel your reservation within the 9 days prior to arrival:
  • The first night 's accommodation will be charged on your credit card
  • If you made a deposit or bank transfer, it will not be refundable
If you cancel your reservation on the day of entry:
  • The charge for the entire stay will be made on your credit card.
  • If you made a deposit or bank transfer, it will not be refundable.

Modification of your reservation
Reservation modifications are subject to the availability of the Inn and must be informed via email to contacto@posadadeluz.com.ar .
If the rates change, the percentage increase must be paid.
If you want to add an additional bed, it will have an additional cost, duly informed.
All reservation modifications must have a physical backup to be guaranteed.
